The Mermaid Prince summary:
Coral, a mermaid princess, scours the pond for abandoned coins in the hope of fulfilling her dream to love as a human. One fateful day, Manato Koganei, a thirty-year-old man, takes a dive and catches a glimpse of her stunning beauty. He returns to find her gasping for air. The pond's deity appears, offering to save Coral in exchange for a part of Manato's life. Eager to grant Coral's wish, Manato agrees. The mermaid is revitalized and transforms into a man the next day, much to everyone's surprise. Coral struggles to adapt to life on land, despite her yearning for love.
