The Teen Web Novelist is a Girl Magnet: Now My Crush Feels Bad for Rejecting Me! summary:

For a long time, Yuta Uematsu has been carrying a torch for his childhood friend Michiru Okuwa as he ambitiously strives to become a novelist. Though Michiru has always been a staunch supporter of his creative efforts, Yuta sees himself as undeserving of the most sought-after girl in their school. Despite his doubts, one day he plucks up the courage to confess his love to her - only to be met with a curt "It's impossible!" retort as Michiru angrily exits the room, leaving Yuta reeling from shock. Interestingly, Michiru is a huge fan of "Digital Masters", a web novel that has taken the world wide web by storm - without realizing it's written by Yuta himself! Thus, this is a romantic comedy that captures Yuta's high school journey as he grapples with his unexpected success as a writer and his ambiguous love for Michiru.
