The narrative begins during the Confucian Era 14276 with a vicious conflict breaking out near Planet Lagra, establishing the premise for what's to come. This sprawling space epic spans various time periods, dimensions, and locations throughout the author's career, culminating in the ultimate battle between good and evil. Kyomu Senki comprises of four primary series launched at different times. The first installment, "The Tiger of 5000 Light Years," was serialised from 1980 to 1982. Two additional series, "Kyomu Senshi Miroku" and "Jaki-oh Bakuretsu," debuted within months of each other in 1987. Lastly, the fifth series, "Skull Killer Jaki-oh," which is set in the 20th century and involves mechs, started in 1990. Moreover, the collection includes four short stories: "New Rashoumon," "Ninja Arts at Honnou Temple: The Black Magic of Koji Kashin," "The Strange Living Dimension, Dogura," and "The Dogura War Chronicles."
