Hana-Kimi: For You in Full Blossom summary:
Mizuki, a Japanese-American athlete excelling in track-and-field, has made the choice to attend a specific high school in Japan. However, it's not just any ordinary school. She desires to be in close proximity with her role model, Izumi Sano, a high jumper. Therefore, Mizuki will attend an all-boys school by disguising herself as a male. To her surprise, she will not only be their classmate but their roommate as well. Mizuki must conceal her true identity not only in class but in the locker room and her personal space. Her fellow students, including the school nurse, may start to ponder their own sexual preferences due to Mizuki's presence. Additionally, this manga series includes one-shots "Natsu no Ori" (The Cage of Summer) in Volume 1 and "Kawaki no Tsuki" (The Thirsty Moon) in Volume 4.
